Airsoft bbs rolling out

I have an old airsoft gun barrel and i want to make some blow black breech mechanism but the bbs keep rolling out of the barrel, any ideas?

It would help to know the mechanism you plan on implementing. People have had success cutting the back of the barrel with a hacksaw and slipping an o-ring over the groove as a detent to keep the ammo from rolling out the front of the barrel, but it doesn't stop the BB's going the other way.

What i usually do is to drill a small deepening (about 2mm deep with a 5mm drill bit), the BBs get pushed in the Barrel and in the indentation so they cant roll out.
