Sprinkler or QEV?

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

I'm debating which to use to vent my Omega cannon once it's done.
I already have a 3/4 QEV and have already bought a 3/4" tap.

So, do I keep it and use it, or send it back and mod a sprinkler valve?

What will allow a faster release of the air?

The 3/4" QEV will vent faster than a 1" modded sprinkler, according to some guys here and on spudtech. I'd keep it.

Use the QEV, you've already got it and the sprinkler isn't going to work as well.
