new to combustion

im new to combustions and was wondering whats the point of have two valves on a combustion, is it propane injection? or does it have another purpose?

Yes, the two valves and pipe in between them (called a meter pipe, or propane meter system) help to deliver an exact amount of propane into the chamber for each shot.
