what size barrel is perfect for golfballs, i have heard hat 1.5 sdr 21 pvc is perfect, but you should sleeve it in 2" sch40(80?) and im not sure bout how to do that. also im not sure my hardware store sells 1.5 sdr 21 pvc.

1.5" sdr 21 is the perfect size for golfballs. The sdr 21 class of pipe is also reffered to as class 200. It's the exact same stuff, just a different name.
Oh yeah, you won't find this stuff at a hardware store. Places like Ace, Lowes, or Home Depot have nothing in the way of plumbing. You need to go to a local plumbing store. I live here in cedar city where the whole county's population is 50,000 at best, probably less, but there still are 2, hear me 2, plumbing stores that will sell this stuff.
Oh yeah, third edit here, the stuff isn't that expensive either. I can buy it here at Southwest plumbing(my local plumbing store) for 50 cents a foot. The stuff is cheaper than sch 40. It really ain't that rare if you know what you're looking for.
