Here's an easy to make and fairly inexpensive bbgun that is very quiet and shoots in the 200-300 fps region.

yeah, it is, that blue thing is a micro butane torch

Why does it have a valve, and what is the blue thing?

it has a valve to let the butane into the chamber, that blue thing is a micro butane torch, not sure how he modded it to work like that, i'll have to ask him

From the pic I see the blue thing twists and says "on" if that gives you any idea.

i like it.but 1 thing i have learnt in the last year is that the smaller the combustion chamber,the harder to get air/feul ratios.or does propane need no air

You heard right, but propane does need air. If it's above a 8% concentration in air, it won't fire. We mostly use 4.03, it works well.
