this said this in the rules"Discussion of fireworks AS PROJECTILES is prohibited.", but can i post my bottle rocket bolt action loading launching tube?

So it's just a pipe that uses a bolt action mechanism to load up bottle rockets?

There is no actual "cannon" part involved (no chamber, valve, anything such as that?).

If you can say "Correct" to both of those, then yes it can be posted in Non-Spudgun Related.
