mapp problem

I have used metered propane for a while now and it has worked great, i now have a canister of mapp and every time i go to inject it whatever im shooting comes flying out of the barrel just as i open the ball valve, any help?

I know nothing about mapp gas but it sounds like too much pressure to me.

i had that problem when i used propane. the rapid relase of propane (in your case mapp) was able to prel the projectile out of the barrel. because i don't know what you cannon is like, the best advice i can give you is to open the ball valve extremly slowly or go get a flow regulator for air tools from a hardware store.

Yeah i will try that, i was thinking mabey my regulator was reading it wrong its from home depot
