Cost of a Begginner Pneumatic gun

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

me and my cousin made one for 35$.

2$ -- 4' long piece of 2" PVC pipe for Barrel
2$ -- 2' long piece of 4" PVC pipe for Chamber
5$ -- PVC primer and cement set
2$ -- 4" to 2" PVC converter
12$ -- 2" ball valve (big splurge)
2$ -- 4" cap
5$ -- air compressor fitting, and bushing
5$ -- 50 lb bag of potatos :)

grand total: 35$

time from start to first shot -- 5 hours (including glue drying time)

(sorry if I'm resurrecting this thread)

My first cost about $65. Most of the price was for PVC elbows, adapters, couplings and a pressure gauge.

My next one is probably gonna set me back $100 because it has so many parts.
