Hello

I Built my first cannon about a year ago. And i am just wondering for interests sake if any spud guns have ben patented in the US or elsewhere

google patent it, I have seen a pneumatic gun patent.

Your/everyones situations and exsperinces are different, Below are my exsperinces on going --


Patents are pretty easy to get, it's repisentation at trade shows, getting manufactures interest, agreeing on licensing writes if you get manufactures interest, coming up with working capital/money, and last but not least, peoples/buyers interest. How do i know? I'm currently trying to get a tool i invented to market. Trying to do all this all the while regular life is going on, it's a lot harder then it sounds!

I only post the genral jist of it, WAY to many details to post, please don't ask.

Thanx. Have you only seen a pneumatic gun patent or have you seen others like the normal Gas and ignite?
