First I thought there was a watermelon in there, but then you said it was a jug of water. Oh well, good guess.

I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.

Sweet! That was 20 psi? - How packed was the snow?

There was ths snowball that several of us up our street made - so large that it weighed about a tonne - seriously... (The weight was estimated from density and calculated volume). We only stopped when the 7 or 8 or us couldn't move it any more.
And that was nearly indestructable - eventually, we had to spend sometime smashing it apart with sledgehammers to stop dumb motorists driving into it in the dark.

Given that experience, I'm impressed by what you managed with 20 psi.

the snow was melting, so it was wet, heavy, and dense.

I rolled the balls, all solid, except the middle one, which was rolled around the milk jug. there was a foot of snow surrounding the milk jug.

that was definetally 20 psi, because that was all my compressor was regulated to, and that's what the two gauges on the gun read.

That's pretty awesome for 20 psi. It just goes to show what size can do for a cannon's power.

or in slow motion.

i dont really want to take it to 100 psi in the winter. the day I did this the temp was about 45 f* and the gun, since it's black, was a good 10 f* warmer.

I am going to do some 100 psi shots this summer, though.
