Im thinking of using pressure washer hose as a chamber for a small cannon im using.

I just dont know anything about them. I want to attach a regulator to the end to fill it from a co2 tank and connect the other end to a valve.

How do I attach fittings to the end.

I'd Use a steel chamber in a high pressure cannon.

Use steel mate or just google it to see if it possible

I need a 1" x 10" chamber that can hold up to 300psi.

I had planned on using galvonized steel pipe but thought the high pressure hose would be more compact.

The cannon im building is a replica HK69 that shoots nerf vortex footballs

For my mini I use about a meter length of a blue air extension hose. It is rated to 60bar, and if you have your hose clamps done nice and tight then it is virtually indestructible.

A chamber that small has no hope at all to be able to shoot a nerf football over 50 feet, just so you know. Well, on second thought, the high pressure might be able to make up for it somewhat...

it works damn good if you have the right barrel for the ammo. Even at 60psi I cant even see the bb's leave the barrel, but they sure did. The hose I use has 1cm inner diameter and it is very easy to work with.

Well, you're shooting BBs (.177"), and he's shooting nerf footballs (over 2"). Hose would be fine for small projectiles, but big ammo? I dunno...

Well GGDT says if i have 17ci chamber then I need 250psi to get the nerf up to 230fps out of a 14" long 2" barrell

A length of 1" pipe may be easier to aquire. I just thought the hose could fit in the gun better without having to use fittings and 90 deg elbows.

mate your a genius, u just gave me an idea. If you had maybe 10 80cm lengths of this hose and attached them in parallel (no this is not electronics class) then would have yourself a very high pressure rated chamber with reasonable flow. On second thoughts this could not actually work but hey.

I was thinking a 3/4 QEV hooked directly to 3/4 pressure washer hose. Long enough to equal 17-20ci. The other end could be the female Quick disconnect end I could plug my airsource into
