marbles look! need help quick

what is the best size sch 40 to fit a standard size marble??1/2 or 3/4?? i am going to put my barrel on my pneumatic im making and idk what size barrel for marbles i have to use....post ur thoughts/facts

Marbles vary in size, just make the barrels interchangeable so you can have a wider range of things to shoot.

2) measure a marble and look up the pipe IDs
3) Take the freeking marble to the store with you

Using dollar store marbles, I use a 3/4" cpvc barrel. I'm not sure of the size of the marbles but they're the regular looking small cats eye. There is a little blow-by but it's not considerable. I put a few layers of duct tape in the breech end of the barrel before screwing it in, it grabs and holds the muzzle loaded marble so it wont roll out. They shoot out hard and mostly straight and only cost a penny a piece! -Lp

hey boil dont u think i would have done that if i had the barrel or the marbles already??i dont even no where to get marbles until now so there u go......
