hey im tryin to put the holes in it, and i dont understand how im gonna spread em out.

it is 9cm perimeter, and 4cm long. i would ideally like the holes to be 1cm diameter.

If you could just explain how i would do it that would be great. thanks in advance

Get a hand drill or other drill if you have one handy, select the trusty 10ml drill bit, place where you'd like your holes to be with a texter then drill away. Take it slow and dont put too much pressure on it or it will break.
Raise your horns if you love metal.
spudgunning is like sex, once you've tasted, you can't wait til next time.

Why not try a linear muzzle break? The linear compensator re-directs the gas flow to change the direction of the force more efficiently then just holes,if built properly.Wether or not the muzzle break is going to perform its purpose in the real world is debatable though.

Also they are meant to increase accuracy with long projectile(Not Round).Don't hold that fact to me though.

There was this one guy who wrapped graph paper around his tubes to aid in hole alignment... I'd assume he transfered the co-ords onto the pipe with a center punch or similar.

...and please - don't just tell us that you figured it out.
