Now on the very right of posts you will see a little red exclamation point.

<img src="http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/templat ... report.gif">

If you were to click that, a message is sent to all moderators and myself so the post can be reviewed.

Now don't be tempted to click it unless you really want to report it! As soon as you click it, it's off to us for review.

Nifty, eh?

I saw it! And I was tempted to click it, because I had no idea if it was new, or if it was some forum error, or just something abnormal, but I didn't!

Does it say 'are you sure' before it sends the message?? Because it would be pretty easy to hit the button accidently if you tried to quote a post.
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.

I think a confirmation button is a good idea. It will save y'all a lot of policing.
If you're 20 and not a liberal, you don't have a heart. If you're 30 and not a Conservative, you don't have a brain.

This seems to come right after that moron wrote that post about pcguy and became an annoyance. To me it seems that with the combination of noobs post crazy and the jackass early, were what led to this, but whatever the cause, i love the idea.
Hopefully it will end problems before they can go on for a period of time with out much notice form the moderators or pcguy. The confirmation message would be agood idea though.

Hmm.... I was just clicking those [!] buttons all down the last page to see if they did anything :D

Well it sounds good but I hope you've got something to block multiple reports on the same posts or you'll be flooded every time a troll comes through.

I hope your not saying your going to report all new members post because thier new. Remember we where all new to Spudfiles when we joined. How much do you want to bet who ever wears out that butten due to new member questions, gets slamed by the mods due to annoying them with to much unnessary traffic?

Because your 1 of 12 out of more than 3500 active members here that use the old style. The old format is dead, but I kept it since those 12 people wouldn't stop complaining.

If you want to use the new features, use the new template.
