how to shrink an animation without.....?

anyone know how to shrink an animation without ruining the quality or hindering it from moving anymore?

i have a small one i wana make my aim avatar but it is a lil too big and then i have one i wana put in my sig.

help is very apreciated (s.p.)

download jasc animation shop - or post it here and tell me the pixel and file size you need
