can i legally sell a small air cannon on ebay, if i marketed it as a high powered nerf gun and confetti shooter for example something like this

of course i would clean it up a bit make it look nicer and put some sort of logo on it

First of all, Nice Gun! You should post it in mini section. As long as the gun is in the legal limits (not a fire arm) you can sell it on eBay. Id definatly buy one!

yea i should probably take the plans off the net but whatever, not like my site gets much traffic. beside people most people would prefer to buy something instead of make it (well at least most of my friends, they want to guarantee something will work) well im glad you all like it

another question, what should i charge. i figure the pieces cost me 5 to 10 dollars what should i sell it for?

18-24 dollars should suffice. Too low- you get hurt, too high no one will buy it.

well ebay doesn't allow potato guns so it probably won't allow this.
but It might if marked as high power nerf gun.
They won't even sell high power air rifles:(
