Here they are.



Im planning on adding a few extras like a scope, co2 regulator or paintball tank and a bipod.

The chamber is 3 feet long and barrel will be about 4 feet long. I might add some supports and Im making a fancy grip in school for the blow gun trigger.

Any ideas for improvements?

Won't pvc weaken if its melted and/or bent? That'll warp and mess it up. Unless this is copper...

I can bend pipe too. But on that sharp of an angle? that is going to restrict flow pretty bad.

Steel all the way for the chamber. Barrels copper though.

I was planning on making it less steep. This is just an early drawing of it.

oh well you said your using steel for a chamber?

if your using PVC i would jsut buy a 90 degree elbow, then bend it a little bit more.

thats a good plan, but if you made it I would make the 'stock' 1" because it feels comfier.

the thing i dont like about that plan is its breech. not a big fan of the floating barrel not really stable and sealed kinda scenario.

Looks like most people's rifle-style guns, but that bend does concern me. I make it a point never to use more than a 90 degree bend anywhere. I've never built a cannon from just metal yet, but that's one of my upcoming projects.

Think about the airflow. You also may wanna consider using that as just a handle and not your air chamber; re-route your air into a smallish chamber below the barrel.

Looking good. But I am going to have to agree with everyone else about the flow restrictions on the stock. If I were you, I would make it a standard over under. However, instead of using 90* bends, use tee's. Then, block off the one part of the tee's. You can then connect a stock to this part of the gun without any restrictions on flow. I think that is the same principle as the gun which FMJ (or Jackssmirkingrevenge) posted (I didn't actually look at the gun cause of crappy internet connection, so sorry if i am wrong).

hes right the capped off tee thing is similar to a very common and successful design for a solenoid rifle like the one jack showed

a good pneumatic should have an easy wide and short path from the tank to the barrel. the caped off the tee makes the flow more direct
