Here's mine

Parts List

Chambers and barrel
1. 2 - 3" end caps
2. 2 - 3" couplers
3. 3"x2' sch 40 pvc pipe
4. 2 - 3" slip to 1" threaded bushing
5. 5 - 1" threaded sprinkler nipple (should be about 2" long with threads on both sides)
6. 2 - 1" sprinkler valve without a guide rod. (rainbird or orbit watermaster is good)
7. 2 - 1" 90 degree elbow (threaded on both sides)
8. 2 - 1" 90 degree elbow (threaded on one side, slip on the other)
9. 1" T (slip on either side, threaded in the middle)
10. 2" slip to 1" threaded bushing
11. 2" coupler
12. 2" sch 40 pvc (this is the barrel and can be anywhere from 3 to 10 feet long short is loud, long is fast)

Firing.

1. 2 - brass 1/4" threaded to 1/4" barbed hose adapter
2. 2 feet of 1/4" ID braided vinyl tubing
3. 2 - brass 1/2" threaded to 1'4" barbed hose adapter
4. 1/2" T all threads
5. 1/2" threaded nipple
6. 1/2" slide valve
7. 4 hose clamps to fit over vinyl tubing.
8. 1/4" threaded shrader valve
9. brass 1/2" to 1/4" bushing.

the schrader valve can be found on McMaster-Carr.com
the slide valve can be found on ebay or McMaster

2" barrel is too small, I just tried with a 2" piece of pvc here and it was too tight, unless you're talking about a 2" radius.

and the schrader valve and slide valve are the only two things I can't buy at say lowes or home depot?

I doubt you'll be able to find them. This design allows you to interchange the barrels so you can chose whatever size you want.

10, 11, and 12 are the only things that you would change if you want a bigger barrel.

you can get a schrader valve from most hardware stores for around $2, but if you want rapid filling use a air compressor quick release ( about $10 with a ball valve with a nipple on it and just thread the nipple into the chamber. that will fill it in a couple seconds rather than the minute or so with the schrader valve.

so instead of the schrader valve just get a 1/4" NPT quick disconnect
the quick disconnect actually goes in the end of the slide valve not in the chamber.

ohh, thats the other thing, if it stays in one place and you have a compressor, you could just use the compressor as the chamber and have all the shots you want.

well, what couldn't I find at a home depot or lowes? and the schrader valve, is it a "Straight with Viton and PTFE Seals— Threaded" or a "Right Angle with Viton and PTFE Seals— Threaded" . I also can't seem to find a 1/2" slide valve off of McMaster - Carr. Sorry to be such a nuisance but I really don't want to order the wrong stuff, and waste money.

yes, but you also need a ball valve to hold the pressure back once you disconect.

what will the ball valve do that the schrader valve won't? and I don't want to be plugged into an air compressor, I'd like to have a tank that fills up.

the quick release for a compressor will fill a 3'' by 5' chamber in about 5 seconds flat. the ball valve just holds the pressure back so you can detach it from the compressor and not have the air leak out.

a schrader valve with the same chamber would take about a minute to fill. so you can fill it in 5 seconds or in 1 minute, your choice.

well then what do I do to have a tank system?

what kind of tank? you mean an air tank? you just buy an end cap and glue it onto a piece of pipe.

you mean co2? you buy a regulator and a paint ball co2 tank and screw it onto the chamber.

honestly, i think you are better off with the co2, it will give you alot of shots, it fairly cheeap, and one hell of alot less than a air compressor. it will also be more compact. your chamber will now only need to be maybe a foot of 2'' pvc.

edit- you could probably launch a hundred tee-shirts if you wanted to with co2.

edit edit- or if you only want 5 shots, just get one of those small regulators off ebay for $10 or so and use the little 12 gram co2 cartrages that are like 25 cents at the hardware store, paintball shop, or sporting good stores, they are nomally used im bb guns, but would easly give you 5 shots and would only cost about $12.

ok, well, I have the "stuff" figured out I guess, now I just need somebody to assist me on a part list and where to get each thing.

A semi automatic pneumatic spud gun.

3" barrel.
ran off of re-fillable co2 tank.

The gun needs to shoot off at least 5 shirts before the co2 tank needs to be refilled.

I need to know how to fill a co2 tank with an air compressor without blowing it up.

The spud gun has to have a PSI gauge so I don't blow it up.
and I need to know how to adjust how much PSI is used each time it's shot.

I also need to know how to plug the co2 tank into everything else once it's been filled.
