Yeah, this is my first potato gun, the Spudrocket! It has breech loading, and it can fit multiple barrels. The primary barrel is 3/4", and there's a 2" muzzle for shooting tennis balls. Here's some pics (I'll have damage shots up soon):

It's pretty good for your first cannon, and you did a good job with the priming. BTW, how does a tennis ball fit in a 2" muzzle?

pretty cool i would seriously consider a modded sprinkler instead of the ball valve but i like the look kinda cool

Yeah a modded sprinkler valve would give better performance (so Ive been told. Ijust cant afford one yet :lol: ) But its a seriously nice cannon. Have fun mate.

Oh yeah, a modified sprinkler valve will improve performance like you wouldn't believe. When I added one to my first marble cannon, the increase in power scared the crap out of me. That same cannon can now send .5" metal ball bearing easily through 2x4s with my 5' barrel!

i very very very highly dought u got a marble to go throug ha 2x4 with a ball bearing and a sprinkler valve..i want pics..
4" piston valved cannon-half done..( i spilt my cement...)

Hybrid- 75% done. need to build propane holder and drill/tap sparkplug hole..

I would suggest setting up a spring system to open that valve quicker plus it is much easier to aim.
