Im from Canada!

spudguns are completely illegal in Canada, no if's and's or but's. The reason is that they are seen as homemade weapons, which are illegal. We have other laws too, like "constructive possesion". If we just "went to the park" like some other members in other countries do, there would probably be four cop cars racing over in less than ten minutes.

According to wikipedia there perfectly legal, search it.

I didn't look to see if spudguns in particular were illegal, and for that I apologize. What I had previously posted was based upon what I learned from an in-depth firearms course that I had taken; perhaps I perceived the information incorrectly (I passed the course easily by the way, I am not a dolt".
