Is this fitting pressure rated?

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

Hi

I just bought some new parts to upgrade my spud gun recently, but I'm not so sure whether this 3" endcap is safe or not. I thought it looked a little different from the other end-caps I had, but wasn't sure whether it was like that because it was bigger.

On the edge it says SCH40 PVC-1 IPS [NSF-PW] 3 DURA USA
but I don't see any pressure ratings.

I've also took a picture, sorry about the crap quality (cell phone pic). Anything look obviously wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Well it says nsf-pw so I think its pressure rated, but I don't know what pressure its rated to.
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.

Hrm okay, as long as it's not the "other kind' of pipe that isn't rated. I'm not going to be pushing the pressure too high.

Thanks =).

NSF-PW fittings are exactly what everyone else uses too, you're fine.
