They, unlike microsoft, don't force small companies out of business because they hate competition. In fact, they help them. And besides, that is an automated service, used to "help" you out, and to help the businesses that pay for google subscription. Just like the googlebot on this forum. Yep that's a good thing to do...I don't plan on committin any crimes anyway..Lol I'd be soo screwed it they dug into my history..although I usually don't use google.

LOL YEA! Definitely. They never ever need to email you. If they really want you to know something, they will call you.
Like when you send an email through Gmail, goggle automatical scans each message and stores specific words of phrases in a cache I guess. they probably do the same for searches. its how they can get so much information ( not sand stuff, but other things....)
