I just bought a pressure gauge yesterday. the gauge can handle 200psi but the writing on the box says don't use oxygen. So is it ok to use it with air
from the air compressure or what?
Is oxygen air?

Air contains about 20% oxygen, that would be there for not use on pure oxygen gas as it is an oxidiser and may ruin the internal workings of the gauge.
And no oxygen isn't air.Air contains oxygen.

That gauge will work fine with compressed air,as long as it's not over 200psi.
