Your parents may be that forgiving.
I don't think the no alcohol is for him.Imagine what his friends parents would say if all the boys were drunk had lighters,explosives,and making a good ol' time of it with the girls across the street.I can foresee some REALLY POed Moms.No leave the booze out and he'll be fine.

Pyro, where do you live by the way?

If you dont want to do paintball/airsoft you could always have a nerf battle.

edit edit: A bunch of kids I knew used to make massive foam axes and swords and stuff. They are really fun to clobber eachother with :)
