yeah, it probably is.

interesting side story: some friends and i made a skit about happy fun ball for elective last year. included warnings such as "happy fun ball may cause epilepsy when coated in cream cheese"

I got mine from a friend. Actually, the cookie thing is a spoof of an internet toon. Pon & zi. Couple internet emo toons, funny stuff, you should look it up.
