how do you put a bbq ignighter in

im making a cannon this weekend and i would like to know how to put a bbq
ignighter in

you see the two studs on the ignitor? touch the with your fingers and click it with the other hand. then attach two wires to the studs and make them about 1/2 to 1/4'' apart. attach the wires to two screws and put the scres in the chamber.

LOL :D nice one..its easily wired man..just put the wires to drywall screws and put them into the chamber. btw whats the effective spark gp for a peizo?I cant get bbq ignitors where I live :(

Each one will be a little different. I would suggest holding the wires maybe 1/4 apart and checking if it sparks. Experiment to find what works best.
Why can't you get BBQ ignitors? Do they not sell them? "Borrow" one off of a grill. Or do what I used to do and salvage them off old gas grills people were throwing away. And while you're at it, take the aluminum shell and recycle it. Not only good for the environment, but you also get paid decent for it. It was like $.50/lb last time I took in a load, and that's when fuel prices were lower. So it has probably gone up since then.
I'm weird, I know it, you don't need to tell me.
