This is exactly why I hate this cat thing....You guys go bloody off-topic and start chatting about random crap. Stop making KATS threads(Not meaning you PCGUY) and stop bringing up cats when ever you want. Leave them in your avatar/sig then shut up about them. I couldn't care less and it makes the forum look like a bunch of 12year olds.


Edit: Last thing we want on this forum is a dedicated section for avatars A-98. Take it to theopia and make a thread there where everything is off-topic.

I agree with MrCrowley, guys. Totally off-topic discussion (such as cats, homework, guitars, etc...) belongs at Theopia, thats why PCguy created it.

This forum is starting to feel like it's cluttered up with immature 14-year-old forum rats. That's what we're trying to avoid.
We want this place to seem like a clean, professional place for spudgun enthusiasts to exchange information. Not a hangout for teenagers to swap avatars and talk about their daily lives. That's what Theopia exists for.
Let's try harder to keep this forum clean.

Just my two cents.

The sigs and avatars don't bother me... just the "avatar contest", so to speak, and the volume of cats-related posts lately.

As long as they're within the parameters laid out on the Rules page, you can do whatever you want with your avatar and sig.

We'd just appreciate it if you kept the cats-related threads/posts to a minimum, and kept any "avatar contest" kind of stuff to yourselves (via PM or on AIM, etc...).

Thanks a bunch for being so cooperative. No, I'm not being sarcastic.

I'm not losing brain cells by having an amusing cat avatar, in fact it has no bearing on what and how I say anything to do with cannons.

It would sound a bit petty to declare cats too off-topic for the off-topic section though... The last thread was locked and it's only been brought up again by PCGuy starting another himself.

There shouldn't be any problems with jumping on an avatar bandwagon, we have other totally random threads going on here as we type.

Reword that to a LOT of profanity starting with some bloke screaming "F****** JUMP!" and then continuing in that theme.
