i was hoping to use the same battery for my ignition and chamber fan, and i was wondering if a) anyone else does this, b) if having both on at the same time is possible, c) if you leave your fan on while firing.

Just use a parallel circuit. The only difference is it will drain the batteries faster.

you could just wire it so there are 4 wires from the battery. two for ignition and two for the fan, then separate them with switches. thats what i would do.

so you only use one battery
cause i was lookin at some cannons and they all had separate batteries, so i thought this was the norm

Variety is good. Don't copy everything everyone else does cause then it's not as cool.

But yeah, other people do use series circuits.

The split second it takes to fire a charge would not affect your fan at all.
