Finally got the right blowgun and finished the quick disconnects:

I still have a problem though. The quick disconnect isn't perfect so the barrel wobbles a little. I'm hoping the support/guide will straighten it out.

Read my post on the previous page. It explains how everything fits together. It's for strength.
It might not hold pressure after the exhaust port, but high pressure air still rushes through. The majority of this air will travel to the path of least resistance, which is out the barrel. However, some of this air will find places to travel out of other than the barrel, such as through those threads. Adding Teflon tape not only prevents this loss of air, but it also makes it easier to thread and later unthread.

Dunno if it was mentioned already, but shooting fish is harder than you'd be led to think. The water can make it appear that the fish is somewhere where it actually isnt.

Unless you are underwater too, then of course refraction wouldn't occur.TurboSuper wrote:Dunno if it was mentioned already, but shooting fish is harder than you'd be led to think. The water can make it appear that the fish is somewhere where it actually isnt.

I bought mine off McMaster.com The brand is Deltrol.
There are a bunch of them on eBay for reasonable prices. Hopefully the shipping won't be too much.
