how to attach this valve

Drill a hole. Preferably where there are 2 layers of pvc (ie endcap and pipe). Put a lot of glue on the schrader valve (plumber's goop or epoxy). Slide it in from the inside. If you're going to be pushing hard on it, I would recommend putting a zippy tie on the outside to keep it from falling back in.

Drill a hole a little smaller than the size of the rubber neck. It should fit really tightly. Put some blue tac around it and it should seal if it fits tightly.
