You could heat it up or something, but you don't really need more pressure. If you want more, just get a regulated CO2 tank.

Which one is better? From all the stuff ive seen, they shoot about the same rate, but the cloud is just easier to build.

Yeah, if it's PVC it will get terribly scratched. It won't be crystal-clear but you should still make out the BBs bouncing around even after extended...

Is there any way to make a powerful portable pnuematic gun. I thought about a hand pump but I dont think that would create enough pressure.

i think that a regular old pump for like basketballs and stuff would work fine but after like 100psi its probabely insanely hard to pump
