how did u break it??
so having a smaller chamber will make it harder to take it to higher pressure

no smaller chamber will make it easier to reach higher pressures.

i should make this a pole easier to pump to higher PSI with a small chamber or harder.
also would it be okay to weld the whole cannon together instead of using joints??

No, easier.
Your chamber isn't necesarrily
small though. It's a bit big to fill to 300psi with a stirrup pump.

depends on how good a welder you are. if u have never been formally taught by a tradesman the no. btw i am a boiler maker so i do have a idea. mig welding is one of the easier welds to stuff.

with chaos's S400 wasnt he putting it up around 300psi with his hand pump and he had a bigger chamber to
yea ive done my cert one in engineering and that was just all welding MIG was hell easy after i got going i finished second outta of my class and had a few days off and the welds had to pass a tafe standard i bet they will all be shit on this tho so ill run 2-3 welds around

Around 200-300 psi with a normal bike pump (looked like a giant pump to me) btw i broke the drill it by droping it (it happened when i was like 8 by btw).
