A video recently posted by Jacksmirkingrevenge comes to mind...
Muzzle flashes are overrated...consider not having one an advantage look at all the attachments on rifles that are called "flash suppressors"
Any way why don't you rig up some kind of strobe to flash every time you fire? It would be safer and still give a cool effect.
