ok thnx but for me copper pipe ratings doesn't matter since I won't go over 300 psi coming time.
and because I thought to know a proper solder joint is rated to around 200 psi

DYI used gunpowder on that pipe.

the color on the inside says it all.

Did you do the pressure testing your self?
Yes, I did.

Just build a barrel sealing piston valve. Unless you're shooting for some insanely high pressure, it shouldn't be too difficult to throw together, especially in copper fittings, which are nice and smooth on the inside.

Also, I DID NOT use gunpowder on that pipe. I used 5 grams of Al/KClO4 flash powder

Thank you guys for all your help. I think Im getting too ahead of my self because I havent even finished the PVC gun Im currently working on. If someone could tell me the parts in the picture of the homemade QEV then that would be awesome.
