Okay, I really didn't know, as I don't pay the insane mark-up for tubing specifically designated as "airsoft barrel". I just buy stock 0.241" ID SS tubing from McMaster, at $30 for 6 feet.This is not a fact but I measured my airsoft tubing and I am pretty sure all airsoft aluminum barrels have a wal thickness of 1mm not 1.7. Eh elite sniper?
I have no idea why elitesniper doesn't just do the calculations himself, but 6mm ID tubing with a 1mm wall made out of 40KSI aluminum alloy should have a static burst pressure of ~13000psi.
What is the tensile strength of the alloy you're using, elitesniper?

He probably doesn't know because they don't have it written on airsoft barrels
