I have no idea where to find a tank. Ok well 300g is some what light it holds 250bar(about 4000psi)so pressure is no problem.. ask in an aquarium store as i said or get an iron tube and two end caps and then you have a pretty strong tank.

That must be a heck of a hot place those 2kg extinguishers are stored. At room temperature co2 turns to liquid in the realm of 60 bar. Maybe that's the rated working pressure ?
