Just one bit of advice, when firing something heavy don't grip the pilot too hard, the recoil might snap it off in your hand!

I once fired a full soup tin a from a 3" combustion cannon, the recoil broke the ignitor against my finger

When launching a large Gatoraid with the breech planted on my hip, I forgot I had keys in my pocket. That left a mark.
