hey if you mix the foam with some some sort of liquid epoxy and mix in projectiles like co2's it would make a perfect fit and it wouldent be so light plus u could shepe it with a dremel of something

I wonder if its possible to make a piston out of Bluefoam? Its almost like normal foam but denser, harder and less flexible for the same weight...

would it be possible to construct a piston entirely out of closed cell foam? has anyone tried this out before and if so did it work out okay?

has used foam on the inside of one of his pistons (i think) then casted epoxy around it (well as it invloves epoxy he probably has :D )
