It just dawned on me how you have no concept of what it takes to get "thrown" into jail. You can smoke weed and if caught all that will happen is the cop takes your weed and cracks your pipe. Only time I could see someone getting in serious trouble over a tater gun is if they shoot someone or there property. The dumb post meter is maxing out right now...

About the weed thing: My brother was at someone's house when the cops showed up and found a roach in the ash tray, My parents had to spend $ 10,000, in lawyer fees for him not to be deported to Canada, and this is in Texas.

Why would they send him to Canada...? The reason you dont get in trouble because the prison and the whole system at that is overloaded. My brother went to jail on like his 13,000th offense for B&E once. You know where they put him? Sure, they took him to prison, but he spent his meek sentace of ~2 weeks is a mobile trailer. No fences surronding the trailer, or even locked doors... I guess they want to deport them so they dont have to have him contributing to the overcrowding.

haha u think its bad, im in aparments right behind my balcony is a big like 200yrd field, but like 100ft from my porch is the sherrifs department, and next door is the fire department, i think i hit the firedepartment with a silly putty egg wrapped in aluminum foil
