Doesn't matter a huge amount, just have it be able to fit in 35mm pipe.

That would work fine, although I'd make a couple of small changes:
Put the nipple back farther, right where the curve of the block starts.
Keep the nipple flush or below the inside of the pipe wall.
I edited your diagram with the changes I suggested.

is there really a big difference in an ain-line vortx bolck than the regular full circle. I recently made a regular block is it worth upgrading to the in-line?

do you mean the full cirlce for vortex hole? if you do, then from what i've heard i would upgrade to the inline one because if you have a whole cirlce, the bbs have to go around more to get out the barrel, using more air. but the inlines only have 3/4 of the hole, meaning less are to cover before they get to the barrel, means more air efficient

One more questions, with the air input does it have to be near the end of the vortex hole? On Neospuds ultimate inline (mk1 and mk2 i think) it isnt anywhere near the vortex...

You can't tell, I assume it is. The blowgun he uses and the pressure washer trigger don't let air flow in a straight line, they curve up and forward.

ok, well you know exparemtn u-2's marble sniper, i have the exact same trigger as on that, and i need to connect it with an elbow but i dont think it would be long enough(to get past the bit on the top.

I could cut it off but yeah. Anyway my inline is nearly finished i shall make a topic about it when im done.

here is a pic of my blowgun.

to make that trigger work just use a reg elbow and a 1 or 2 inch nipple to geti it to reach
