Is the fan you have in the chamber? From the pictures i viewed it appeared that the fan was external. And if it is external, what kind of fan is that and where did you purchase it? Any info is appreciated. Very nice cannon.

The fan is external. It is a small cooling fan from an old video card.

Thanks very much to everyone who has posted the complimentary postings about my cannons. I wanted to enter them into the contest but I was blocked. Haven't been a big fan of this site since. Only check in once in a while.

Great gun! very aesthetically pleasing. How does it look when you fire it at night?

It doesn't look like you have an internal chamber fan, which could help power, and a longer barrel would give it more oomph, but I'm not sure you can change that one.
An inner chamber fan has i think been proven to increase distance and what not by almost 50%, might want to consider it

Definatley couldn't agree with you more. I could do that one for $150 USD all day long without the piezo ignition.
Nuker here is your constructive criticism. From what I can see there are 3 things that I can see wrong.
1. Piezo Ignition. Grow some grapes and step up to Battery BBQ ignitor or a stun gun. For the $750 USD ya gotta go high tech all the way. Bigger spark better bang!
2. I really cant tell what size the ball valve is with the exhaust fan on it, (looks like inch and a half) but the fan needs to be inside not only for exhausting the spent gasses but for mixing the fuel in the chamber too. Remember for interior fans you need brushless motors.
3. Barrel length is way too short. For as big of a chamber you have, guessing 4" diameter x 18" long plus the p-trap you gotta add at least 2 feet to it. Then maybe you can get your half a mile.
Other than that beautiful gun, but $750 USD is pushing it a bit.
