Damn you Scuba Steve!
Now I have to get some grapes to microwave also. Along with an egg.

Hey, if you put metal in the fridge it arcs, right? Well, what if you put a firecracker in the microwave? Wouldn't it ignite?
I'm weird, I know it, you don't need to tell me.

Cut them in half, take one half and cut it like a plus sign. It'll look like 4 wedges. Keep them together by a tiny bit of skin at the bottom. Then put a clear glass cup over that half and nuke it on high. Plasma!!!

Trust me, putting metal in a microwave doesn't make it colder.

Go put a fork in the microwave, then when its done running for a minute or two, grab it.

Zigzag some aluminum foil so the folds are really close to each other, then run it in the microwave. It'll arc. :)

see.

If you want real microwave fun put two cups of water in the microwave, one distilled and one tap water, each in its own cup, then once the tapwater starts to boil take them out and drop a fork in the distilled water causing it to boil explosively.

Listen man, the statement "whatever you do, don't try this at home" is nothing more than code-speak. They say it meaning if you have any reasonable amount of intelligence, go ahead and try it, just be safe, all the while pleasing their lawyers by making sure that they can say "I told you so".

EDIT: Also, the water-in-a-microwave thing works best with distilled water in a new glass. If you try it in a glass that's not very new, it'll have microscopic scratches in the glass that will act as nucleation sites and the water will boil. New glasses don't have those scratches for bubbles to form on, that's why it works so well in them.

SPAWN OF SATAN'S TWICE-REMOVED UNCLE!!! It's a rabbit with a pancake on it's head. Why does everyone always think it's a hamster? It doesn't look like a hamster to me...

EDIT: Kudos for spelling hamster correctly...
