Holy crap Necromancer, that is the best sleeving I have ever seen. This just goes to show the importance of mathematics in everyday situations.

For those wanting to eliminate the gap entirely, cut (2.375*pi)-(2.067*pi) = 0.968" (24.6mm) out of the inner pipe.

thanks alot SpudBlaster15, i tryed my best to eliminate the gap, i dident know how well the anglegrinder would work, i dident have a tablesaw so i worked with what i had.

They but they are a pain in the ass to keep going the way you want them too. They are a bit jumpy and tend to be too good at cutting.
