DYI I´m not sure about the licence, but I still don't want to by helium bottle or rent one, they cost very much in finland and finding place to get helium is hard, even co2 is hard to find ..and I think that helium is not vary cheap gas (in finland), because filling small co2 bottle is nearly 30USD :cry:

Wow, you are going to the wrong places. Find a welding supply or gas supply place, they will sell much cheaper

If thats the case, you COULD consider homemade hydrogen.
When other gasses become unavailable, hydrogen becomes more of an option.
But I suppose you already know the dangers coming with that.
