Oh I am well aware of what happened to btb I made a pump like his the check blew out and missed my face putting a hole in my ceiling fourtunatly this check is like gippeto's and he got his up to 400psi I think and I am useing a lenth of type l copper pipe instead of the type m thet he used.
You can tell how awesome a cannon is by the pressure used.

What?! You've had your pump almost punch you?! Man you can be happy that it didnt hit you in the face.
And your pump may get over 400 psi sometime so beware...
I recommend you to test it at way over 500 psi and then leave it pressurised overnight. If it didnt fail, you can probably be safe.
