Love to build a big hybrid and I think its in our near future. This client does not want to be tethered to an air compressor, big tank or O2.

There's a bunch of proposals out for review it should be interesting to see what direction we go in.

do you mind if I ask what exactly do want to use as the chamber ? just a plain alu pipe or something else?

I suppose that building the chamber out of pipes and fittings (whether you buy them ready-made or machine them yourself) might not be the best option as far as price and mass is concerned

I think you could cut a lot of weight and make a nice compact gun if you use a HPA aluminium cylinder - for example something like this

ohh I just realized that's you'll also need a source of compressed air to pump the chamber... but I'll cut it now as I think I am asking too many questions that you might not want to answer

The BL-630 has got its final nod and approval for shipping... We added a partial Schedule 80 Aluminum barrel and split into 3 sections to help with shipping and transporting.

I would have thought it would be a good idea to have the shoulder pad free to slide over the barrel, and have a could spring between that and the piston grip mount, in order to mitigate the felt recoil.

I like how you can't realize the scale until you think "Hmmm.... that MAPP canister looks like it would fit in the barrel..."
