By the time you said all those negative comments, you could have answered my dang question a hundred times.

It's called constructive criticism. If people would do the search and get to work they would have something they made and learned from themselves rather than typing in a question and sitting there waiting for someone else to figure out the problem.

you could solder it with a plain propane torch. Pretty much just like copper, but with a different flux. You might be thinking about brazing it.

The shims should work out fine, though

You also need different solder to avoid galvanic corrosion. It's hardly worth learning how to solder with less readily available materials if you haven't even mastered regular copper soldering. The repair Epoxies offered that are designed specifically for Aluminum make far more sense for this application.

I have finally choosed the mechanical repair way ( made two holes and pluged them with steel ) Its very strong, thank for your help .
