The adapter was $20. The hose was $20and the tank was ~60 so yeah it does add up but, that reg is as cheap as gets.

Exaclty my point, so the comment that was saying he wasnt spending 150 dollars meant to me that he was looking for super cheap parts and that is the exact opposite.

I'm willing to spend 100 ish on everything, not 145 of just the reg lol., how exactly do you re adjust the shims on that reg to make it 150 ish? I was looking at this tank, but am not sure what that reg can go to, can't find it anywhere, and if it can be removed and switched out.

Mine is divided into two threaded halves that when disassembled allow access to the spring and shims. To adjust pressure you just add or remove shims. Fine adjustment is also possible with hex screw at the top.

Well the bob long reg has great reviews so i think you will be set with it. Just remember to get an hpa tank cover so you dont damage the tank. Also I didnt see you have a hose in that list, you might want to get one with a slide check in the valve.

Don't go for "highest possible ROF". It is just a waste of ammo.

A generic BBMG will fire at more than 2000 rounds/minute. Even a pretty basic setup will fire 5X to 10X faster than a real machine gun like an M50. BBMGs are typically firing at ROFs about the same as a minigun.

You don't need that ROF.

Work on getting higher muzzle velocities, the ROF will take care of itself.

I'm trying to keep the fps down, but with a still high rof, i dont want to kill people, just hose them down lol.

Keep the "jackhammer effect" in mind, even with low fps a high rate of fire is still dangerous in concentrated bursts.

Does anybody know if the included myth reg on this tank is removable and able to be switched out? http://utahpaintballsupply.com/products ... -Tank.html or does anybody know of a similar tank that doesnt have a reg for the same price?
