Wow that looks really good

Though that adapter above the air cylinder is the wrong way around. That's the one I'm modding the way you suggested, it connects the air cylinder to the tee and both ends are female.

Doesn't have to be expensive if you put your mind to it.

Antonio is a good role model, he doesn't post anymore sadly but in spite of the fact that his launchers were literally made out of rubbish that couldn't have cost more than a meal at McDonalds, they were innovative and worked well.

I already have a lot of the gun, this is just the loading mech. I REALLY don't wanna abandon what I have. I'll probably make a cheap one after this, but for now, I can't exactly make a 1/16" barbed tube fitting to 1/4" NPT MIP. (example of something I'm buying for the loading mech)

Here is plastic right angle barb.

What are you using for a barrel and how is that attached to the Male Tee?

I have 4" of 1/4" pipe threaded on one end. I'm going to place the barrel in this, the breech of the barrel not extending past the threads. I'm going to put apoxie sculpt between the barrel and the tube, then screw the tune/barrel config into an adapter, and that into the QEV.

I'm just gonna drill a hole through the pipe, apoxie sculpt, and barrel, insert the tee, then lock it in place with more apoxie sculpt.

Use 1/4 x 1/2 nylon threaded spacer on the air cylinder.
This will allow fine control for position adjust.
Note the 1/8 female Tee recommendation!

Here is a drawing update.
