I suppose the dimensions are in millimeters and pressure in psi?
Well I only have 400mm of tube and currently time is restricted. Might do it if not too busy during Christmas. Shot count isn't important, I can have a 2000 psi output tank with me to refill. Finally taking a gun license next February and I'd like to have a PCP rifle to use instead of a springer.

The valve jammed and since the chamber was epoxied it's beyond repair.
From the quality of the 2240, I suppose the stock barrel wouldn't be very good. Still, not very willing to install decent one and design a completely new receiver... Gonna spend the co2 cartridges that came in with it and see what it can do.

That's unfortunate.

2240 is...inexpensive. Stock barrels are hit and miss...some are horrid...some are VERY good. Most benefit from having the forcing cone/chamber/transfer port/ leade area de-burred and polished and a re-crown. Some bores can use a bit of lapping too.

Trigger will benefit from a lighter sear spring, shim the side play out of the guts, stone and lube the contact points. Lots of info available with a quick google search.

Yeah I started searching about the trigger as it was a bit heavy for my likings.
Dunno if I dare to change the barrel... Maybe I'll drill the transfer port into the receiver and cut off the rear of the barrel.

Yep thats what I have in mind, a spring guide seems like a standard mod.
How did you mill the curve of the receiver bottom?

Shallow pass with a 3/8" ball mill.
